Course Description: Application of economic concepts to environmental issues in agricultural sustainability at the managerial level. Market efficiency, production externalities, government intervention, agricultural trade, product differentiation, and resource acquisition as related to sustainability.

Course Description: Controlled environment build-out focusing on Greenhouses and advanced hydroponic controllers. Irrigation options for CEA along with soil option. Irrigation and pump calculations focusing on resource management, water/crop calculations for crop environment and crop demands.

MAND 602: Business Plan Capstone & Demo Day  2.0 units (32 hours) Entrepreneurship Track

Course Description: Synthesis of previously gained knowledge and skills through team projects addressing specific problems and opportunities of sustainable agriculture and food systems. Capstone course features a user-oriented, multi-disciplinary project that requires the student to complete a business plan
